  1. Listing: put up your house in MLS, with detailed descriptions and appeal.
  2. Markerting: Besides MLS, your listing will be promoted in some newsletter and public email list. A single domain will be created for each listing.
  3. Showing: Set up appointment. Ask for feedback from buyer's agent.
  4. Contracting: present all offers to you. Explain details. Your rights and responsibilities. Options you can take.
  5. Closing: tracking buyer's mortgage application. Answer questions and clear confusions. Provide useful licensed contractors information for repair and fix.
